Solution representation

From the user point of view, the results of the solution computation process can be interpreted if they are presented in a readable form; that means that the following features must be provided:

• as discrete values, in a tabular form:

  • access to the values of the approximate solution at the end of the integration interval;
  • access to all computed values of the approximate solution;

• as a continous function of the independent variables:

  • an interpolation scheme in order to give an estimation of the solution in any point of the integration interval;
  • graphical presentation of the solution components or of the interdependence between them.
